We retained Securus Recruitment for a senior reinsurance pricing actuary. Difficult role as it was rather niche, and a finite candidate pool to work with. We had already commenced the recruitment process when we engaged them, but up to that point we had been struggling to find strong candidates. Securus worked quickly and efficiently to identify a shortlist of potential candidates and have now secured our first-choice actuary of which we thought was unobtainable.
