Having held senior management positions within large international recruitment companies as well as a boutique insurance recruitment firm, Adam’s extensive experience and trusted relationships enables him to be highly responsive to candidate and client needs. He prides himself on his ability to maintain strong, professional partnerships within his network across his chosen specialisms.
Adam graduated with a BSc degree in Geography from the University of Southampton, is a proud father of a beautiful daughter and a big campaigner for mental health, which he is very passionate about.

I have a Diploma of Education in Association of Accounting Technicians from North Kent College, and I am passionate about learning and developing new skills.

I also have experience in the health and automotive sectors, where I managed customer service, sales, and operations. I have strong skills in brokering, information technology infrastructure, and managing agents, which enable me to deliver tailored advice and support to my clients and candidates.
