He holds an impressive track record of placing candidates across all levels within IT & Business Change both at a permanent and interim capacity.
Anthony has built up an extensive network, nationwide and internationally assuming a number of senior positions across large city Insurance recruitment firms and smaller specialist boutique businesses.
Anthony is passionate about change and technology and thrives on the fast paced and continuously changing environment as new innovative products evolve to disrupt the marketplace.
He offers a personable and consultative approach working closely with both his clients and candidates helping them find the next step in their career whilst providing solutions to business-critical problems.
Outside of work Anthony is a dedicated family man and likes nothing more than spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Adam has over a decade of international contingency and search experience specialising in the Non-Life Actuarial, CAT/Exposure Management, Pricing and Data science markets. Having held senior management positions within large international recruitment companies as well as a boutique insurance recruitment firm, Adam’s extensive experience and trusted relationships enables him to be highly responsive to candidate and client needs. He prides himself on his ability to maintain strong, professional partnerships within his network across his chosen specialisms.
Adam graduated with a BSc degree in Geography from the University of Southampton, is a proud father of a beautiful daughter and a big campaigner for mental health, which he is very passionate about.
