Lead Pricing Actuary
Opportunity to work within a dynamic Underwriting/ MGA with ambitious plans for growth. The main responsibility is the review and development of pricing models across a number of different classes of business and implementation of actuarial data architecture to appropriately monitor pricing and rate developments.
The individual will be expected to develop long-lasting relationships with underwriters and operations to ensure that Underwriting MI is accurate and robust.
This position will be working alongside internal stakeholders and will have input into the wider strategy of the business.
Key Tasks/Responsibilities
Develop product pricing models and associated database capabilities
Developing actuarial pricing assumptions (lapses, longevity, stock performance.)
Assist the Executive Management team in developing business modelling and reporting processes.
Provide actuarial expertise to key business partners including business development team.Collaborate with business segments as appropriate.
